We’re excited to announce our July 2025 release! This update introduces SaaS cost visibility for Snowflake, expanding our SaaS integrations. We’ve also enhanced AI cost tracking with direct OpenAI API connectivity and added new flexibility to Cost Allocations with draft and clone support. Additionally, we’ve launched a new Overview Dashboard for instant, high-level cost visibility, along with a Custom Dashboard feature that lets you build personalized views of your cost data.

Snowflake Integration – SaaS Cost Visibility

Building on our growing connector framework, we’ve added native support for Snowflake within Mavvrik’s SaaS cost dashboard. With this update, users gain full visibility into Snowflake spend alongside broader SaaS cost governance capabilities.

• Connect Snowflake: Seamlessly link your Snowflake account using secure credentials to ingest cost and usage data.

• Detailed Cost Insights: Visualize granular Snowflake spend by account, regions, and service types.

• SaaS Dashboard Integration: Snowflake costs are now consolidated in our dedicated SaaS dashboard, giving you a single view of all your third-party cloud services alongside core infrastructure. This unified visibility eliminates blind spots and enables true end-to-end cost management.

OpenAI Integration – Direct API Connectivity

We’ve enhanced our OpenAI integration to simplify cost tracking for users connecting directly to OpenAI

• Direct API Integration: Connect an OpenAI account via API—no more manual file uploads required.

• Automated Cost Ingestion: Easily ingest cost and usage data from OpenAI using secure credentials.

• Connector Framework Powered: This enhancement leverages our flexible connector framework, ensuring a scalable and streamlined connection process.

• AI Cost Dashboard Integration: Once connected, the AI cost dashboard displays OpenAI cost and usage data.

Cost Allocation Enhancements – Draft & Clone Support

We’ve introduced new capabilities to make Cost Allocations more flexible and easier to manage:

• Save as Draft: You can now save Cost Allocations as drafts before publishing, allowing you to build and refine them at your own pace.

• Clone Cost Allocation: Quickly duplicate an existing Cost Allocation. Cloned versions automatically start in draft mode so you can review and adjust before publishing.

• New Flyout Menu for Actions: Inline icons have been replaced with a simplified flyout menu to streamline interaction. Users can now access options like View, Download, Budget, Edit, Clone, and Delete in a cleaner and more organized layout.

Overview Dashboard – Pre-Built Cost Summary

We’ve introduced a new Overview Dashboard that provides a ready-to-use, high-level summary of your cloud, Kubernetes, AI, and SaaS spend. It also highlights savings opportunities and cost trends to give you instant, actionable visibility—no setup required.

Custom Dashboard – Build Personalized Views

Our new Custom Dashboard feature gives you full control to create dashboards tailored to your needs:

• Add Widgets: Choose from a variety of widgets, including cloud spend, AI costs, SaaS costs, and more.

• Rearrange & Resize: Drag, drop, and resize widgets to prioritize key metrics and create your ideal layout.

• Edit & Delete: Easily modify or remove widgets anytime.

• Favorite & Share: Mark dashboards as favorites for quick access and share them with other users for collaboration.
