There are three ways to on-board AWS Usage accounts.
Why this matters: Manual and CloudFormation trade off effort against scale — Manual suits onboarding a single account by hand, while CloudFormation is built for onboarding many accounts at once (bulk) or automating a repeatable single-account setup (individual), rather than clicking through the same steps every time.
