Delete AWS Member Account Prerequisites

Below are the steps that needs to be performed before deleting the Usage Account ::

1. Select the region you have used to onboard Cloudformation stack for usage account

2. Go to Cloudformation from the Services tab

3. On the Cloudformation Dashboard page, click on the Stacks from the left menu

4. Select the stack you used to onboard usage account and click on the delete button on the top

5. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete Stack button shown in the box

6. You will see the notification of successful deletion

Below is the description of the steps to delete stack from AWS:

1. Select the region you have used to onboard Cloudformation stack for usage account

3. On the CloudFormation Dashboard page, click on the Stacks from the left menu

4. Select the stack you used to onboard usage account and click on delete button on the top

5. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete Stack button shown in the box

6. You will see the notification of successful deletion
