SaaS

📘 Accounts Page – Overview

After successfully onboarding your account, you will be directed to the Accounts page. This section allows you to view and manage all connected accounts that have been connected to your Mavvrik workspace.

Why this matters: SaaS spend is some of the easiest cloud-adjacent spend to lose track of, because it's paid for outside the usual cloud provider invoice — a Snowflake warehouse, a Databricks workspace, a Datadog plan, each billed on its own schedule through its own console. Without pulling all of that into one place, "what are we actually spending on SaaS" becomes a question that requires logging into five different consoles to answer. This page is where every one of those accounts gets connected once, so the cost shows up in Mavvrik going forward without anyone checking each vendor's billing page by hand.

This shows up differently depending on your role:

  • FinOps managers use this to get one consolidated view of SaaS spend alongside cloud spend, instead of stitching together numbers from separate vendor invoices.

  • Platform/DevOps teams do the actual onboarding here — generating the API keys and service accounts each vendor requires, and keeping the connection healthy via the Status column.

  • Finance leaders use the exported account list for auditing and reconciliation against actual vendor invoices.
