Steps to perform by Target:

To create the Azure Active Directory (AAD) app, it is recommended to have the Owner role. Alternatively, you can have both the Contributor and User Access Administrator roles.

To proceed with the following steps, you'll need a command. Please consult your partner to obtain the command

Upon receiving the command from the partner company, please execute in the azure cloud shell.
