Custom Dashboard
Overview
The Customize Dashboard feature in Mavvrik empowers you to personalize your dashboard by adding or removing widgets. This enables you to focus only on the most relevant metrics for your organization—whether it’s cloud cost breakdown, savings opportunities, or AI-driven insights.
With this feature, you can:
Tailor the dashboard to match your priorities.
Select from a wide variety of widgets, including charts, maps, and summary views.
Build a clean, meaningful dashboard experience that updates dynamically.
Widget Gallery
When customizing your dashboard, you’ll first browse the Widget Gallery. This gallery displays all available widget types:

Add Dashboard & Customize Layout
Step 1: Create a New Dashboard & Add Widgets
Navigate to Reports > Dashboards > +Dashboard
Enter a name for your new dashboard.
Click the “+ Add Widget” button.
Browse and select the desired widget from the available options.
Configure the widget as needed, then click Add to place it on your dashboard.
Step 2: Rearrange and Resize Widgets (Optional)
Once your widgets are added, you can easily rearrange and resize them to create your ideal dashboard layout.
Rearrange Widgets
Drag and drop widgets to reposition them.
Widgets will automatically snap to a grid for a clean, consistent layout.
The system prevents overlapping, keeping everything neatly aligned.
Resize Widgets
Drag the edges or corners of a widget to adjust its size.
Resize widgets to highlight important ones or reduce less critical ones.
Step 3: Edit or Delete Widgets
Locate the widget you want to modify or remove.
Click the “three dots” (options) button on the widget.
Choose to either edit the widget’s configuration or delete it from your dashboard.
Step 4: Save Your Layout
Once you’ve finalized your dashboard—adding, arranging, resizing, and editing widgets—click Save in the top-right corner to lock in your changes (if not already auto-saved).

Edit or Delete Your Dashboard
In addition to adding or removing widgets, Mavvrik allows you to edit or delete entire dashboards for even greater flexibility.
Edit Dashboard
Click the Edit Dashboard button
Rename the dashboard.
Rearrange the order of widgets.
Modify existing widget settings.
Once finished, click Save to apply your changes.
Delete Dashboard
To permanently remove a dashboard:
Click the Delete Dashboard option
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a dashboard will remove all its widgets and layout permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Share and Favorite Dashboards
In the Dashboard overview, you can easily share dashboards with specific user or with all users or mark them as favorites for quicker access.
How to Share a Dashboard
Locate the dashboard you want to share from the dashboard list.
Click the Share icon.
Select the specific users you want to share the dashboard with. (If you want to select all users at once enable 'all users' checkbox)
Confirm the action. The selected users will now have access to the dashboard.
How to Favorite a Dashboard
In the dashboard list, click the star icon next to the dashboard name.
Once marked, the dashboard will appear as a favorite for faster access under Dashboard.

Default Landing Page Dashboard
Mavvrik includes a pre-built dashboard called Overview that automatically loads every time you log in. This ensures that all users start with a consistent default view.
By default, the Overview dashboard comes with essential widgets to help you quickly access key information.
Key Details:
The Overview dashboard is the default landing page for all users.
However, you can edit the Overview dashboard to personalize its layout and widgets according to your needs.
Any changes you make—such as adding, removing, resizing, or rearranging widgets—will be saved for your future sessions.
